How do I track my international order?

Once we hand over your package to our international courier (DHL/FedEx), we will email you a direct tracking link. You can also view this link in your Account Dashboard.

Are customs duties included in the price?

International prices do not include local customs duties or VAT for your country. These charges depend on your local government and are usually collected by the courier upon delivery.

What happens if my package is lost?

All our shipments are insured. If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Can I change my address after shipping?

Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot change the address. However, most express couriers allow you to reschedule delivery via their own portal using your tracking number.
